Must be your primary residence (not investment property)
Homebuyer Education
Completion of a HUD-approved homebuyer education course is required
How to Apply
1) Complete USU homebuyer education workshop (call 435-797-7224). 2) Get mortgage pre-approval. 3) Submit income docs and BRAG application. 4) Find home. 5) Funds provided at closing.
